Our Founder

Under Christ, Ana J. Lucore co-founded
All The King’s Horses CHILDREN’S RANCH,
a rural 90-acre haven for children in Benson, Arizona.
The Lord saved her from a life of death and darkness
and brought her into the fullness of His light and life,
sending her on various local missionary endeavors
along with a year in South Africa (1998).

Mother, grandmother and great grandmother,
Ana continues to look up and to listen for the trump.
“… to them who look for him
shall he appear the second time…” Heb 9:28b
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven
with a shout, with the voice of the archangel,
and with the trump of God…” 1 Th 4:16a

Jesus is Lord. The Lord He is God.

Ana has authored three books:

"From Invisible"

Authored by Director Ana J. Lucore, this narrative fully discloses the ‘biography’ of The Ranch. Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Ana was urged to relay the step-by-step process of how the invisible vision became a visible reality. With the aide of previous years’ schedulers and calendars, Ana describes the sequence of events of how this ministry actually took root.

Starting with the Lord’s call to leave Africa and return stateside to begin this work, the book lovingly depicts how God’s deposit of faith is sufficient to mount every challenge. The evident Hand of our Great Savior is seen on every page of this remarkable story – both in the good times and the bad.

Share the Board’s grief when one of their founding members is martyred by her adopted teen. And share in everyone’s joy when the author’s mother ventures to Arizona to make a visit of encouragement and unexpectedly finds a once-in-a-lifetime romance.

Has the Lord laid it on your heart to do something far beyond your ability? Has He given you a vision that is impossible unless reached only by faith? Have you ever wondered how a mission is started; how it grows; where the resources appear from; and how to hold the day-to-day vigil when your faith is sorely tested?

"From Africa"

The conception of The Children's Ranch was implanted in the author during her final days in South Africa. After serving in the Transkei during 1998, she looked to the Lord for her next assignment. He answered by dropping a scene into her soul: a vision of a Ranch for displaced children. She was able to answer the call in response to His direction, "Go back to America and help the children there"  as a result of the abundant wealth of faith she acquired during the months spent in reliance on Him in the foreign field.

Within the pages of From Africa lay the treasures God shared to increase that wealth of faith. Without faith in Him, the Children's Ranch would not have been possible.

In God's plan, the soil of Africa would sprout a sanctuary in America for children.

"From Communion"

Within these pages lies the intimate unveiling of the writer's soul,

prompted by the One Author of all that is good.

Upon his unction, this diary is timidly shared with you.

This is a sacred journal defining the agony and ecstasy of a life that encountered the greatest rescue

from the darkest torment.

It reveals the maturation process of God's Spirit

and the work of his Word

in a soul's travels

from self-absorption to Christ-worship.

Those who are forgiven much, love much.

That much-love is herein revealed.
